How it works
A VR tour of your site, with nothing to pay up front
Our model is simple: we take on the cost and the risk. You only agree terms once you have seen the tour working with your own visitors.
We get to know your site
We talk with your team about your site, your collection and your visitors: which period to bring back, what story to tell and where the headsets could go. We visit to see the space.
We build the tour, at no cost
We research the period from published archaeology and sources and build a guided tour: the buildings, the people, the sounds and a narration, with captions, in several languages. Your curators can review it at every stage.
A free one-week trial
We bring 10 to 20 standalone Meta Quest 3 headsets, a charging station and our own trained staff, and run the tour for your visitors for a week. Staff welcome visitors, fit the headsets, stay with them and clean the headsets between uses.
Terms based on footfall
At the end of the week we share the numbers: how many visitors took the tour and how they responded. If you want to continue, we agree terms based on footfall, the number of visitors who take the tour. If not, there is nothing to pay.

Easy for every visitor
There are no controllers to learn. A small dot sits in the middle of the view: when a visitor looks at a button, a ring fills around the dot, and when it is full the button is pressed. Looking away cancels it. Once the tour begins it is fully guided: visitors are carried gently through the scene and simply look around and listen. After each tour the headset returns to the start screen, in English, ready for the next visitor.
